The breakfast room was bright, airy, and welcoming. There was a huge variety of tea and the breakfast buffet was very good, with lots of choice. the staff was very helpful and flexible, they even made sure we got the room we liked on every visit. the room was always clean.
The soap dispensers in the shower were not the best. the WiFi was inconsistent and I had trouble maintaining a connection, which made it difficult for me to work from the hotel.

Spent the Easter holidays in a lovely hotel with a friendly staff. The breakfast was terrific; there was a wide variety of food, from hot meals to lots of tea and pastries. The location was excellent, within comfortable walking distance of the city center and attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We also appreciated the good house-keeping service.
The unstable Wi-Fi connection. The internet speed was slow, and the connection randomly dropped.

We stayed at this hotel for five weeks and it was the perfect base for our European adventures. the staff was incredibly helpful and made sure we had our favorite room every time we visited. the room was always clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, including a selection of hot food. We also enjoyed the bright and welcoming breakfast room.
The intermittent wifi connection, which made it difficult to work from the hotel at times.
